Construction of a new housing estate on Kościuszki Street in Bolesławiec is underway. As part of the “Tarasy Kościuszki” development, 12 modern multi-family buildings will ultimately be built on a site covering approximately 4 hectares.
The buildings will have 4, 5 and 6 storeys. They will contain approximately 600 apartments, as well as above-ground and underground parking spaces. Importantly, each residential unit will have 1.5 parking spaces. Relaxation areas in the form of playgrounds will be created between the buildings.
The estate will be accessible via two access roads: from Kościuszki Street and from Cieszkowskiego Street. The estate will be built in stages. Construction of the first building is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2027.
