On Sunday (12 June), BKS Bobrzanie played its final match of the season. The team’s opponent was Szczawno Zdrój. The match ended with a 1–0 victory for BKS. Chrystian Serkies scored the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, the victory over Szczawno did not secure our team’s place in the fourth division. For BKS to remain in the fourth division, it had to defeat Szczawno, while Kuźnia Jawor and Piast Zawidów—direct rivals in the fight to avoid relegation—had to lose. Kuźnia Jawor lost 1–4 to Prochowiczanka Prochowice, while Piast Zawidów defeated Ślęza Wrocław 3–1. Piast’s victory secured the team’s place in the division. With 33 points, BKS finished 13th in the table and, along with Kuźnia Jawor, Chrobry II Głogów and Szczawno Zdrój, left the fourth division.
