The application entitled “Redevelopment of the retail and service pavilion” was submitted to the Bolesławiec County Office on 4 December 2025 and registered the following day. It is still “under consideration”.
If the opinion is positive, the company will proceed with the redevelopment. Retail and service activities will continue to operate at this location. During the redevelopment, the businesses operating there will be temporarily relocated.
What new stores will be located in the redeveloped facility? Will the nearby petrol station resume operations? We will have to wait a little longer for answers to these questions.
