Work has begun on the site near the former Tesco, by Aleja Tysiąclecia in Bolesławiec. The site has been leveled, and a fence is being built along Aleja Tysiąclecia.
What is being built there?
As we have established, it will be a self storage facility. These will be the first such modern storage units for rent in Bolesławiec—for both individual customers and businesses.
The facility in Bolesławiec will be very modern and will meet the latest requirements. It is to be self-service, fully automated and operated via the internet. Facilities of this type are already operating, among other places, in Wrocław. The Bolesławiec facility is expected to be ready as early as February 2026.
What is self storage?
It is a service involving the rental of individual, secure storage spaces (units, lockers or containers) for a short or long period. Customers—private individuals and businesses—store their belongings themselves, with full and often 24/7 access to them.
