Unfortunately, this is a frequent nuisance for residents. There is a new house, but there is no new street. A reader wrote to our editorial office, concerned about the so-called access road leading to Morelowa Street.

– Despite letters to the City Hall, they are doing nothing about the matter, not even temporarily leveling the road and adding gravel from time to time, the reader explains.

The reader is concerned that in the event of rain or snow and thawing, it will be impossible to reach the house. A passenger car could get stuck in the waterlogged mud. Work to prepare the ground for another housing development is being carried out near this road, so excavators and other heavy equipment will be driving there. This could cause the road to become completely impassable for an ordinary passenger car.

We asked the City Hall about its plans for the road.

– The access road near Morelowa Street will be completed as soon as possible, provided that the weather conditions are suitable for carrying out roadwork, replies Agnieszka Gergont, spokesperson for the City Hall.
