Construction of a new housing estate has begun in Bolesławiec. As we reported earlier, in June 2024 the Bolesławiec City Council adopted a resolution on “determining the location of a housing development project entitled: Construction of twelve buildings – multi-family buildings with underground garages and multi-family buildings with integrated services and underground garages (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L), together with the necessary infrastructure and site development, carried out in 9 stages”.

The development, covering 3.94 hectares and comprising a total of at least 450 and at most 610 apartments, is being carried out on property on Kościuszki Street—the site of a former ceramics plant.
Solar power—what is worth knowing?
Energy-efficient and sustainable solutions are increasingly being considered for new housing developments, such as the one on Kościuszki Street in Bolesławiec. One of the key ideas is installing solar panels—an investment that can provide independence from rising electricity prices and genuinely reduce bills. If you are considering installing a photovoltaic system, it is worth using the Photovoltaics Comparison Platform—where you can compare offers, learn which parameters matter most (system capacity, panel efficiency and warranties), and choose a solution suited to your needs. This gives you confidence that the investment will be not only “eco-friendly” but also economically sound.
