On Saturday (March 5), the 13th Football Herring Party was held at Podkowa Restaurant. The annual event is a way of thanking the people and institutions that help BKS Bobrzanie. Club board members Piotr Bieńkowski, Jacek Szymczak and Mirosław Lik welcomed the guests. Women received roses, while men received season tickets for BKS matches. Guests at the Football Herring Party enjoyed music by the band "Caro".
Among those thanked for helping the club were Zakłady Ceramiczne Bolesławiec, STW, Regionalny Związek Pracodawców w Bolesławcu, Terma-Kork and Mirko. An auction of a cup and club-related gadgets was also held during Saturday’s ball. The money raised will go to the BKS Bobrzanie account. Around 80 people attended the 13th Football Herring Party.
