The Oława District Prosecutor’s Office filed an indictment with the local District Court against Henryk S.. – Henryk S. is accused of having, between November 2023 and February 2024, while working as a religion teacher at a school in the Oława Municipality, exceeded his authority by attempting to make a minor female student submit to other sexual acts by touching her breasts with his hand, but he did not achieve his intended goal due to the victim’s reaction, and by twice making her submit to other sexual acts consisting of touching her breasts with his hand – reports prosecutor Karolina Stocka-Mycek, spokesperson for the Wrocław Regional Prosecutor’s Office. – At the time of the incidents, the victim was under 15 years old.
During the preparatory proceedings, Henryk S. did not admit to committing the alleged offense.
Prosecutor:
A preventive measure was imposed on Henryk S. in the form of police supervision, requiring him to report twice a month to the police station serving his place of residence and prohibiting him from contacting the victim in any way or coming within 50 meters of her.
The accused faces imprisonment for between 2 and 15 years.
