I wonder who empties the used-clothing containers. I called the number provided there, but no one answers. The containers are overflowing, and in this weather most of it will have to be disposed of somewhere.
She added:
Doesn’t anyone notice the clothes scattered around? What’s more, there is a camera opposite.
