On January 1, 2025, at 11:35 p.m., volunteer fire brigades from Krzyżowa and Rożyniec were dispatched to extinguish a vehicle fire that had broken out in the forest between the towns of Krzyżowa and Rożyniec.
The OSP KSRG Krzyżowa and OSP KSRG Rożyniec units immediately proceeded to the scene. In accordance with procedure, law enforcement services were also called to the scene, including the Police, which helped secure the area and direct traffic. The firefighters’ actions involved quickly reaching the fire site, securing the scene, and then effectively extinguishing the fire.
The operation ended in the late hours of the night.
