Officers of the Customs and Tax Service of the Lower Silesian National Revenue Administration (KAS) shut down three locations offering illegal gambling in Złotoryja.
Two people were charged with organizing illegal gambling.
Operating gambling games outside a casino without the required concession and unlawfully possessing gaming machines are prohibited and punishable.
Organizing gambling is punishable by a fine and up to three years in prison.
