On November 19, carbon monoxide poisoning occurred on Karola Miarki Street. As a result, 13 residents of a four-story apartment block were evacuated. The fire service, emergency medical teams and the police were at the scene.
The victims are a family of five: the parents and their three children. They were taken to hospital. There were 140 ppm of carbon monoxide in their apartment. Firefighters ventilated the building and are checking the other apartments.
