He holds degrees in two fields: Administration – Environmental Protection Administration and Emergency Medical Services, providing him with a solid foundation for carrying out various initiatives for the benefit of his community.

In his public service, Łukasz Biegacz served as a councillor on the Bolesławiec Municipal Council during its eighth term, and in the ninth term was elected Chair of the Municipal Council. In this role, he is committed to safeguarding residents’ interests by initiating projects that improve quality of life in the region and support its sustainable development.

Since 2009, Łukasz has been actively serving as a firefighter with the Volunteer Fire Department in Ocice. He takes part in rescue and prevention operations, demonstrating courage and dedication. His work extends beyond rescue activities – he regularly organises and co-organises educational workshops, such as first-aid and beekeeping classes, aimed particularly at primary-school children. Thanks to these initiatives, the younger generation gains valuable knowledge about safety and environmental protection.

Łukasz Biegacz is a person who works wholeheartedly for his municipality, devoting tremendous effort and care to building a better life for its residents. His activity, combining professionalism, empathy and passion, helps the municipality develop dynamically, both economically and socially.
