A cyclist was fatally struck by a passenger-car driver in the village of Zebrzydowa.
According to the police’s preliminary findings, when the 66-year-old Toyota driver was overtaking the cyclist, the cyclist suddenly, for undetermined reasons, turned left and was hit by the vehicle. Despite rescue efforts, the 63-year-old cyclist died.
The driver and the cyclist were residents of Bolesławiec County.
