A third-degree warning means that meteorological phenomena may occur that could seriously disrupt everyday life, cause catastrophic damage, and endanger life and health.
As part of this warning, particular caution and monitoring information about weather conditions are recommended.
This is precisely the warning issued for our region.

In our region, rainfall of up to 150 mm is forecast through Sunday (15 September), within a single day. The situation is serious. If the forecasts prove accurate, this will mean that over the coming weekend, several times more water than the average monthly amount (without weather anomalies) may fall in just one day.
River levels in the region are also forecast to rise and exceed warning levels, along with local flooding.
