Modern MAN garbage trucks, which replaced the two oldest machines, must have caused wild excitement at the Municipal Utilities Management Company. Only an irrational feeling could have prompted its management to send the vehicles to City Hall so that the mayor could enjoy them. Piotr Roman climbed into one of them and, without the required licence, took it for a ceremonial spin.
To make matters even funnier, the evidence was provided by the local television station Azart-Sat, funded from the city budget.
