BKS are finally victorious! On Sunday, August 18, the players coached by Radosław Szajwaj faced Włókniarz Leśna. The team from Bolesławiec approached the match highly motivated. The visitors tried to respond to BKS’s attacks, which resulted in fouls and yellow cards (three Włókniarz players had received them by halftime). In the 10th minute, a visiting player, Radosław Teske, was shown a red card.
Bolesławiec attacked the opponents’ goal, and the pressure paid off in the 14th minute. Following a free kick taken by Hubert Mucha, the ball deflected off one of the players and fell to Karol Borowski, who put it into the net:
In the 28th minute, BKS’s new striker, Hubert Mucha , added his name to the scoresheet, making it 2–0 to the hosts. That was the score at halftime. BKS fans had to wait until the 65th minute for the third goal. Earlier, the scorer of the second goal, Hubert Mucha, had missed a penalty. The Włókniarz goalkeeper read his intentions and saved the BKS striker’s shot.
In the 62nd minute, the referee showed a red card to a player from Leśna. This time, Damian Berliński had to leave the pitch. Three minutes later, another new BKS player, Roberto Gomes Dos Santos Junior , scored with a well-placed shot, making it 3–0 for BKS. Hubert Mucha set the final score in the 89th minute.

The victory is a great source of joy. The players, fans and everyone associated with BKS had been waiting for it for so long. The coach and team still have a lot of work ahead of them, but there is hope that solid work in training will produce results in the form of more victories.
Coach Radosław Szajwaj is wholeheartedly behind his team. He closely watches every move and constantly motivates the players to perform even better. It is clear how deeply he experiences everything happening on the pitch and how much he cares about the team’s good performance.
In the next round, the Bolesławiec team will play away against Lotnik Jeżów Sudecki.
That is not the end of the good news. On Sunday, August 18, BKS’s second team also recorded a convincing victory.
In Ruszów, in their opening A-class match, they defeated the local Victoria 6–0 (2–0).
