The training was attended by duty officers, deputies of the County Headquarters Command Post, officers directing rescue operations and day-to-day system officers, as well as representatives of the Regional Hospital for the Nervously and Mentally Ill in Bolesławiec:

- Piotr Borowski, paramedic.
The County Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec was represented by Staff Warrant Officer Andrzej Czajkowski.
The topics of the training were:
- Rules for rescuers' conduct during incidents involving people experiencing depression, a suicidal crisis, mental disorders or the influence of intoxicating substances,
- Rules for cooperation between services during incidents involving forced entry into apartments/buildings. Rules for using direct coercive measures against people posing a threat,
- Together with the police representative, the officers serving on the staff also discussed the rules for cooperation between services at the scene of a CBRN-E incident.
