A Toyota driven by a 42-year-old man and a Kawasaki motorcycle ridden by a 32-year-old man collided there. Both people involved in the incident are residents of Bolesławiec County. As our KPP reports: – Due to conflicting accounts of the circumstances of the incident, the case will be referred to court for a ruling.
Why are there doubts about who was at fault? According to the officers’ findings, the Toyota was leaving a minor road, but the motorcycle may have been travelling at excessive speed.
The incident occurred after 9:30 p.m. at the intersection of aleja Tysiąclecia and ul. Jana Pawła II in Bolesławiec.
