The District Court in Bolesławiec sentenced the woman to a reprimand and ordered her to pay the costs of the proceedings for causing public outrage.
In November and December 2023, the accused displayed banners in the city center showing images of bloody and dismembered human fetuses, which provoked outrage among observers.
By the court’s decision, the woman was found guilty of committing an offense under Article 141 of the Code of Petty Offenses.
The verdict is now final.
