As we learned from the owner of the Bolko building, the lease agreements have been terminated, and by September 2024 all tenants must close the shops located there.
We have written several times about the building’s poor technical condition. In January 2023, in the article A fragment of the building’s façade fell onto the pavement, we described how a fragment of the façade detached from the wall and fell to the ground.

We are publishing the building owner’s official statement. We will return to the subject of the building’s future.
P&B announces publicly that the former BOLKO building at 24 Asnyka Street in Bolesławiec will not be renovated. The plot on which the property stands will be put up for sale, and the building itself will be demolished.
Due to ongoing discussions with the main tenant, Delikatesy Centrum, this information was not made public earlier.
