The incident occurred at approximately 10:40 in Osła near Gromadka. The 54-year-old man was riding a bicycle. He was hit by a woman driving a Mazda.
The driver did not stop or provide assistance. She fled the scene of the incident. Unofficially, she is a resident of Chojnów.
An ambulance was called for the injured cyclist. It took the man to hospital. He suffered general bruising, abrasions and a head injury.
