Place of work: Lwówek Śląski

Job description

  • preparing technical documentation based on customer guidelines, in accordance with industrial automation standards
  • solving technological problems and improving processes
  • calculating the costs of new products
  • introducing projects into serial production
  • providing technical support for production
  • contact with Polish and foreign customers, primarily from Germany
  • supervising technical changes
  • cooperating with other departments and company units
  • creating and updating procedures and instructions, and training employees

Requirements

  • higher technical education, preferably in electronics, electrical engineering or industrial automation
  • communicative knowledge of German and/or English (German preferred)
  • knowledge of CAD environments (e.g. El-Cad, AutoCad, E-plan)
  • intermediate knowledge of the Office suite, including Excel
  • independence and communication skills

Disponent Specialist (m/f)

Job description

  • carrying out processes related to ordering production parts
  • planning and supervising deliveries in accordance with applicable procedures
  • determining and optimizing logistics parameters in the SAP system for ordered parts
  • monitoring and determining warehouse stock levels at an optimal level according to established KPIs
  • optimizing the logistics process
  • ensuring high service standards from suppliers
  • ongoing contact with foreign and domestic suppliers

Requirements

  • higher education, preferably in logistics or a technical field
  • at least one year of experience in purchase planning
  • communicative knowledge of German or English (B1/B2 level)
  • fluent use of MS Office tools, particularly Excel
  • knowledge of inventory management
  • knowledge of the MRP/SAP system is highly desirable
  • independence, availability, communication skills, strong motivation to work and the ability
  • to think analytically
