In Constituency 12 (Lower Silesia and Opole Region), Bogdan Zdrojewski (KO) performed best, receiving 310,544 votes. In this respect, Michał Dworczyk of PiS came second. Interestingly, the former Head of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, despite running from third place, achieved a better result than the “number one” on that list, Anna Zalewska, and the “number two,” Beata Kempa. The aforementioned former education minister received 108,305 votes (the third-best result in our constituency), while B. Kempa, a member of Sovereign Poland, received 86,395 votes (the fourth-best result).

In fifth place was Stanisław Tyszka of Confederation (78,954), followed in sixth by Krzysztof Śmiszek of the Left (70,363), and in seventh by Andrzej Buła of KO (65,967).
