The new commercial building will be located at the intersection of Chrobrego and Staroszkolna streets in Bolesławiec. It will be entirely occupied by Stokrotka, offering approximately 820 m² of total space, of which 590 m² will be allocated to the sales area itself. There will be 28 parking spaces next to the store.
A legendary grocery shopping center—Supersam—once operated at the same location. The building was later divided. Stokrotka occupied one section, while Media Expert occupied the other, which even housed a store selling Chinese goods.
