I. Candidates should meet the following formal requirements

  1. Higher technical education – preferably in construction.
  2. At least 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of experience in a managerial position
  3. Full legal capacity
  4. No conviction for an intentional crime, including a fiscal crime
  5. No health contraindications to working in a managerial position

II. Required documents and declarations:

  1. Written application for the recruitment process – an application letter with justification
  2. CV, contact details (telephone, e-mail)
  3. A current certificate from the National Criminal Register confirming no criminal record (issued no earlier than 2 months before the application deadline)
  4. A declaration that no prosecutorial or court proceedings have been brought against the candidate, a declaration of the enjoyment of full public rights and legal capacity (form 1)
  5. A declaration that the candidate does not conduct, or will resign from, activities competing with the cooperative upon selection for the position of Deputy President of the Management Board for technical affairs (form 2)
  6. Written consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of the recruitment process in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (form 3)
  7. A declaration of no relationship by blood or marriage with members of the Supervisory Board of the “Bolesławianka” Housing Cooperative in Bolesławiec (form 4)
  8. A declaration to maintain the confidentiality of data and information concerning the cooperative’s activities obtained during the recruitment process (form 5)
  9. A current medical certificate confirming no health contraindications to working in a managerial position (issued by an occupational medicine physician no earlier than 2 months before the deadline for submitting applications)

III. Written applications from candidates will be accepted at the headquarters of the “Bolesławianka” Housing Cooperative in Bolesławiec, at 15 K.I. Gałczyńskiego Street, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. until 15 April 2024. Applications in a sealed envelope marked “Recruitment process for the position of Deputy President of the Management Board for technical affairs, do not open” may be submitted in person or sent to the cooperative’s address. In the case of applications sent by post, the date and time of receipt by the cooperative will determine whether the deadline has been met.

IV. Date of opening of applications – 18 April 2024.

V. Applications submitted after the deadline or not meeting the formal requirements will not be considered.

VI. Candidates whose applications meet the formal requirements (who submit the required documents and demonstrate the required qualifications) will be invited to an interview. Candidates will be notified by telephone of the date, time and place of the interview at least 1 day before the scheduled interview.

VII. The Supervisory Board will select a candidate for the position of Deputy President of the Management Board for technical affairs of the cooperative by secret ballot.

VIII. The Supervisory Board reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any time without stating reasons and without selecting any candidates. The Supervisory Board will notify candidates of the conclusion of the recruitment process.

IX. The application must be prepared in accordance with the “Rules for conducting the recruitment process for the position of Deputy President of the Management Board for technical affairs of the “Bolesławianka” Housing Cooperative,” published at www.smbol.pl or available from the cooperative’s secretariat, room 18.
