A Peugeot travelling along Mostowa Street was hit by a Volkswagen Polo emerging from a minor road and turning left. The Peugeot driver probably suffered a head injury. He briefly lost consciousness and was taken to hospital.

It is already known that the Volkswagen driver had limited visibility. Two cars were standing on the pavement of Mostowa Street, at the intersection. They were parked in breach of the regulations. They obstructed the view of people emerging from Bema Street. Drivers have long complained about improperly parked cars at this location, but none of them reported the matter to the police or municipal police.
