On Kubika Street in Bolesławiec, next to a grocery store, there used to be a building that housed a car-parts shop.
The building was demolished, and a new project has begun in its place.
A mixed-use service and residential building is being constructed there, meaning there will be new premises for business activities as well as new apartments.
