As we read on the website of the Nowogrodziec Municipal Office:
Under an agreement signed by the Mayor of Nowogrodziec for the implementation of the project entitled “Thermal modernization of the Gminne Centrum Kultury i Sportu building in Nowogrodziec,” the project contractor, TMB Polska Sp. z o.o., based in Wrocław, carried out construction work involving thermal modernization, renovation of the central heating system and external electrical installation, as well as accompanying construction work directly in the Gminne Centrum Kultury i Sportu building in Nowogrodziec.
What was done?
- The following was completed:
- insulation of the external walls,
- additional insulation of the ceiling above the top occupied floor.
- The external window and door joinery was replaced, as were the central heating system and the external lighting installation.
- The natural ventilation system was supplemented.
- The roof covering and external stairs were renovated.
- The retaining walls were removed, and concrete paving surrounds were installed around the building.
- A ramp for people with disabilities was constructed.
Total investment value: PLN 1,968,000.
