There are four electoral districts in Bolesławiec. In the first district, six committees registered their lists; SLD and Ziemia Bolesławiecka must correct errors in their submissions.
In the second district, five committees submitted correct lists, while three committees (Bogusław Nowak, Ziemia Bolesławiecka and PSL) have a problem. The biggest problem affected Nowak’s committee. His people submitted a list with only five candidates, and it then turned out that one of the candidates could not stand in the election. After removing that person, four names remain on the list, which means that the entire list is invalid. The list is headed by Nowak himself. This is quite a serious blunder by Nowak’s campaign team, because he will no longer be able to become a councillor. Nowak’s campaign chief Bernard Łętowski refused to comment. Ziemia Bolesławiecka will not have to do anything, because it nominated many more people and, after those who cannot stand were removed, the list is not at risk.
In district number three, all committees registered their lists correctly. In the fourth district, only PSL’s list is incorrect.
