The damaged pane is leaning against a building on Górne Młyny Street in Bolesławiec, near Zespół Szkół Mechanicznych. According to the reader, the pane came from one of the shops. It was damaged several months ago and then left by the building, where residents and students of the nearby school park their cars.

(...) Not only does it look terrible, but it is also dangerous, because all it would take is for someone to knock the pane down and every car driving past would risk having its tires punctured. I would be grateful if you could share this, in the hope that someone will take care of the matter.
