A former teacher from a school in Bolesławiec has been convicted in a final judgment. As we have established, the Jelenia Góra court upheld the judgment against the man from Bolesławiec without changing the ruling in any way. This means that the man was sentenced to one year in prison without suspension. He was also banned from working as a teacher and from engaging in activities related to raising minor children (both bans for three years), as well as prohibited from approaching the victim.
