As part of the “Clean Up the World” campaign, City Council member Mirosław Sakowski invites everyone running for council seats and the position of mayor as well as those who care about the environment to clean up the forest near Piastów Street. The event will take place on 23 October. Meeting place: the forest near Piastów Street – the clearing by the grain elevators. It begins at 10:00. After the work, a shared bonfire, baked potatoes and other attractions are planned.
“If the event is successful, it will become a regular event, and the following Saturday, 30 October, we will clean up the forest near Staroszkolna Street,” says Mirosław Sakowski.
