In Saturday’s match of the 15th round of the Lower Silesian fourth division, BKS defeated Łużyce Lubań 1–0 (0–0). The match was played on a muddy pitch. Both teams put a great deal of effort into it, while after the game the players looked as if they had taken part in a mud-wrestling bout.

From the opening minutes, the home side showed greater desire to play and more often reached the area around their opponents’ penalty box. The noteworthy moment from the first half was a shot by Oliwer Janczak, after which the Łużyce goalkeeper struggled to clear the ball for a corner. At the beginning of the second half, the visitors launched a dangerous attack. Kamil Kurianowicz tried to surprise the BKS goalkeeper. As the game progressed, both teams had their chances, but the hosts created more of them.

In the 84th minute, the golden goal was scored, giving Mateusz Mucha’s players the long-awaited victory and three points. Piotr Skiba sent the ball from outside the penalty area into the top corner of the visitors’ goal, and victory in Bolesławiec at the end of the autumn round became a fact. BKS still have one away match to play, against Miedź II Legnica.
