We are receiving reports of very heavy traffic jams on Tysiąclecia Avenue in Bolesławiec and in the adjacent housing estate (Wańkowicza and Staroszkolna streets). Joining the traffic from Staroszkolna Street onto Chrobrego is almost impossible.
The traffic jams are caused by an overnight fire on the bypass. Traffic on the bypass has been halted.
Police on the disruptions:
After 4:00 a.m., a heavy goods vehicle broke down in Bolesławiec. The section of road between the roundabout on the Kruszyn side and the intersection by the police headquarters is closed to traffic. The disruptions may last for several more hours.
