How Were the Mandates Allocated? The D’Hondt Method

This method of distributing mandates involves dividing the number of votes cast for each electoral committee that exceeded the statutory threshold—5% (or 8% in the case of the Third Way coalition)—successively by 1, 2, 3, 4, and so on. The largest resulting numbers are then selected, in a quantity equal to the number of mandates to be distributed in the constituency. There are 12 mandates to be distributed in our constituency. The table below presents the exact calculations.
