The “Tęcza” Polish Song Ensemble from Minsk has existed since 1999. Since the beginning of its activity, it has performed in churches and at Polish community events held by the Polish consulate and embassy in Belarus. The group has often performed in our country.

The Victoria Ensemble was formed in October 2008. The members of the band—students of the State Academy of Music in Brest-on-the-Bug—have won numerous awards in Belarusian and international competitions. Moreover, the Viktoria trio is a laureate of the Accordionists’ Competition in Bydgoszcz. Its repertoire includes, among other things, classical music, arrangements of folk songs and popular stage hits.

The folk ensemble Poleskie Sokoły was founded in Zhytomyr in 1990–1991. Since 2005, the ensemble’s artistic director has been Jan Boczkowski, who was awarded the honorary badge “Meritorious for Polish Culture”. Several other group members also hold this distinction.

Poleskie Sokoły is one of the best-known Polish song ensembles in Ukraine. The group performed, among other occasions, during Lech Wałęsa’s visits to Vinnytsia (Ukraine), Hanna Suchocka’s and Jarosław Kaczyński’s visits to Kyiv, and Aleksander Kwaśniewski’s visit to Zhytomyr.
