I am looking for a witness to an incident that took place on 13 October 2023 at approximately 6:00 a.m. in Bolesławiec, at the intersection of 1000-lecia and Spokojna Streets. I was cycling along Spokojna Street towards 1000-lecia. As I was approaching the intersection with 1000-lecia Street, a vehicle turning left from 1000-lecia into Spokojna (coming from the direction of Wrocław) cut across the intersection, as a result of which it ended up in my lane and hit my bicycle. I flew over the handlebars, landed on the left side of the vehicle’s bonnet, and then fell onto the road. The driver wanted to settle the matter amicably, which I agreed to, giving him my telephone number so that he could call me after 2:00 p.m. The driver did not contact me. I reported the matter to the police. I ask witnesses to contact me at 782525833.
