The new e-BOK has been adapted for display on various devices and screen resolutions. The system looks good both on a desktop computer and on mobile devices (e.g. a smartphone or tablet).
A convenient application
For the convenience of Customers, a new e-BOK application has been prepared. Customers can now pay invoices, submit meter readings and contact our Company even more easily and quickly. The e-BOK application is easy and intuitive to use.
To download the application on a mobile device running Android, open the website ebok.pwik.boleslawiec.pl in one of the following browsers: Chrome, Opera or Samsung Internet, and allow automatic installation of the application.
To download the application on a mobile device running iOS, open ebok.pwik.boleslawiec.pl in the Safari browser, then click the “Share button”, select “Add to Home Screen” and click “Add”.
Quick and simple access to the current balance of amounts due
An invoice can be paid directly from the start screen. Simply click the “pay” button visible after logging in to the service.
Everything in one place
The Customer Panel has been equipped with an additional “change payer” function, which allows Customers with multiple water meters to manage all their recipient points. Changing the payer updates the data for the specific recipient point (e.g. consumption charts and tables, invoices and contracts).
Additionally, the Customer Panel has been expanded to display the tariff type assigned to each recipient point.
Who can use the new e-BOK?
The new PWiK e-BOK system in Bolesławiec can be used by all Customers of our Company who have a contract for water supply and wastewater collection.
How do you log in?
Simply visit ebok.pwik.boleslawiec.pl and register. The registration process is simple and intuitive. The portal’s login page also contains an instructional video showing the user registration process step by step. Customers can also consult instructions on how to check their accounts, change their details or contact PWiK in Bolesławiec.
What about Customers using the existing e-BOK?
After logging in, all existing e-BOK customers will be taken to our new portal. Their login details will remain unchanged.
The new e-BOK is an interactive tool that enables remote monitoring and management of one’s own account. Using e-BOK will make it easier and faster to handle many matters without leaving home. We warmly invite you to use it!
