Electoral committees are publishing information about their candidates. From Bolesławiec, Jarosław Kowalski will run on the list of the Nonpartisan Local Government Representatives; he is currently president of the Heating Energy Company.

Jarosław Kowalski served on the Bolesławiec City Council from its 4th to 8th terms. From 2014, he served as chairman of the Council. Since September 2020, he has been president of the management board of ZEC.

Jarosław Kowalski – master’s degree in enterprise management, civil engineer. Graduate of the MBA in Community Management program at the Krakow University of Economics, KSB UEK. He graduated from Wrocław University of Science and Technology, the University of Wrocław (postgraduate studies in Business and Commercial Law), AGH University of Krakow (postgraduate studies in Environmental Management Instruments and Techniques), and the Ceramic Technical School in Krotoszyn.

For more than a dozen years, he has been a member and chairman of the supervisory boards of companies: the municipal ZOM Sp. z o.o. in Lwówek Śląski, the regional Koleje Dolnośląskie S.A., and a State Treasury company from the PGE S.A. Capital Group.

He plays football and is a multiple Polish indoor football champion among councillors with the Bolesławiec County team.
