The modernisation of two sections of the county road on Staroszkolna Street, with a total length of approximately 682 metres, involved building a new road surface structure, as well as a pedestrian and cycle path and a pavement.
Earthworks were carried out, along with the installation of the road and pedestrian-and-cycle-path surfaces and construction of the pavement.
Finishing work is currently underway.
Due to unforeseen work arising within the scope of the project, namely an electricity connection to future service areas, it became necessary to suspend work on part of the pavement until the connection is completed.
The renovation of an approximately 405-metre section, together with the pavement on Staszica Street, involved reconstructing the roadway and existing pavements by demolishing them and installing new structural layers. The remaining work includes road markings, signs and finishing work.
