Fourteen teams made up of eighth-grade students from Bolesławiec primary schools took part in the competition. The contest was very closely fought. Only two points separated first place from second. Third place was taken by the team from Primary School No. 4 with 113.5 points, which also became the competition’s second runner-up..

“May the motto ‘together we can do more’ serve you well and stay with you throughout your lives,” Damian Sawczak from the “Wspierajmy zdrowie” Foundation said during the award ceremony. “Many congratulations to all the participants, and I would like to thank the female teachers who taught you first aid in class. Thank you for managing to enter teams in the competition in such a short time. I would also like to thank the judges: the male and female paramedics,” added the competition organiser

In addition to the written theory test, which the competitors did very well on, the jury assessed how they behaved in action, when they had to cope with stress and help an injured person.

The young people were assessed by a jury consisting of: Robert Dalmata (chief judge), Patrycja Wyspiańska-Maga, Emilia Piechocka, Piotr Borowski, Bartłomiej Pankiewicz and Przemysław Patena.
