The Supervisory Board of Zakłady Ceramiczne "Bolesławiec" announced on May 12, 2023, a qualification procedure for the position of President of the Management Board. The Supervisory Board consists of: Robert Witold Kuczyński, Jan Piotr Rus and Mirosław Dela.

Candidates should meet the following conditions

  1. have higher education or higher education obtained abroad and recognized in the Republic of Poland under separate regulations
  2. have at least five years of employment under an employment contract, appointment, election, nomination, a cooperative employment contract, or the provision of services under another contract, or have conducted business activity on their own account
  3. have at least three years of experience in managerial or independent positions, or experience resulting from conducting business activity on their own account
  4. meet requirements other than those listed in points 1–3, as specified in the applicable legal provisions, and in particular not violate restrictions or prohibitions on holding the position of a member of a management body in commercial companies.

For the interview, by June 9, applicants only need to learn:

  • knowledge of the Company’s business activities and the sector in which it operates
  • knowledge of issues related to managing a commercial company and leading teams of employees
  • knowledge of the operating principles of commercial companies, with particular emphasis on companies with State Treasury participation, as well as knowledge of the principles of ownership supervision
    experience necessary to perform the duties of a management board member in a company

The interview may also cover selected issues in the following areas: accounting, investment project evaluation, corporate finance, auditing and financial control of an enterprise, organizing production processes, production-process logistics, quality management, market and competition analysis, marketing and sales, labor law principles and regulations, collective labor relations, and personnel policy.
