On Thursday, before 5:00 p.m., emergency services received a report of water flooding flats at 2b Staroszkolna Street in Bolesławiec.
Such failures are usually dealt with by the building administrator. However, in this case there was a suspicion that someone in the flat from which the water was flowing might need help (a threat to health or life).
