Earthworks began during last year’s summer holidays. You can see what the site looked like at the time in the photograph:
Advanced construction work is now visible on one of the three buildings planned for this location:
Each building will contain 81 residential units, making 243 apartments in total. They will be two-, three- and four-room apartments ranging from 46 m² to 94 m².
The buildings will each have two elevators and underground parking spaces. Space will also be provided for commercial premises.
