We remind you that on the night of March 25–26 (from Saturday to Sunday), the change from winter time to summer time will take place. At 2:00 a.m., we set our clocks to 3:00 a.m. Unfortunately, this is bad news for late risers. Because of the shift to summer time, we will sleep one hour less.

Why is the time changed?

It is explained by the more efficient use of daylight and, consequently, energy savings. Human activity is better aligned with the hours when there is the most sunlight.
