reminds you of the obligation to pay fees for perpetual usufruct of land owned by the State Treasury.
The annual fee for perpetual usufruct referred to in Article 71(1) of the Act of 21 August 1997 on real estate management must be paid in advance by 31 March of each year, without prior notice.
