The woman wrote to the editorial office, describing what happened to her. She would like this information to reach other owners of hair salons.

Good morning. The lady visited my salon and badmouthed other salons over unsuccessful services. She then asked me to correct another salon’s work, so I did it. A month later, she visited my salon demanding a refund as part of a complaint. She threatened me and said that she would badmouth me and my salon in other salons. I did not refund her money, because the service had been performed more than a month earlier and the lady had left satisfied. When she returned a month later, she demanded a refund because she had already made an appointment at another salon and needed the money.

I thought I could post a request here, along with a warning for other salons, so that no one else would experience such an attempted fraud.
