Please share this. Tomasz was always reliable and willing to help.

This concerns Mr Tomasz from Brzeźnik. His wife described the sick man’s story:

Tomek is 33 years old. He is a wonderful husband and the father of three children: four-year-old Wojtuś, two-year-old Marysia and little Basia, who is only two months old. His children are his whole world. He is ready to do anything for them. He is a kind-hearted man... Open and always willing to help others.

Tomek worked as a professional truck driver and always said that he liked what he did. He was always active and on the move. He enjoyed cycling and swimming. On the evening of 11 November, as he was getting ready to work the night shift, his and our family’s life as we knew it collapsed. Tomek lost consciousness! It turned out that he had suffered a cerebral haemorrhage. He was immediately taken to a hospital in Legnica and underwent surgery. The doctors gave him no chance. However, Tomek is fighting. He has now been brought out of his coma. His condition is stable. He can move his left arm and leg, while the right side is unfortunately paralysed. There has been significant neurological improvement, but Tomek requires intensive rehabilitation.

Tomek’s partner adds:

Rehabilitation costs are very high. We were not prepared for such an expense and do not know how we will manage without help from others. I know that this is Tomek’s only path back to health, which is why I am so afraid of what will happen if we do not raise the necessary amount. I am asking for help and a chance for Tomek.

How can you help?

Details of the fundraiser are available on siepomaga.pl.

What is more, on 18 December in Brzeźnik there will be a cake sale, with all proceeds going towards Mr Tomek’s treatment and rehabilitation. Details below:
