The incident occurred on Sunday, June 20, at the polling station in Tomaszów Bolesławiecki. At around 6:45 a.m., voting was disrupted by a resident of Warta Bolesławiecka municipality, a representative of Jarosław Kaczyński’s committee. According to the Jelenia Góra Delegation of the National Electoral Office, the woman was conducting electioneering. The police were called. Officers escorted the resident of Warta Bolesławiecka municipality out of the polling station.
Proceedings are underway in the case. If it turns out that the woman committed an offense, the case will be referred to court.
